Formed in 2002, TG has been a respected and active clan in a number of gaming scenes. We've always played for fun and tried hard to avoid the hassle which gaming sometimes provides. If you like no-hassles gaming with a nice bunch of people then be sure to register an account and drop in to say hi. We look forward to meeting you!

A new trailer has just been released by EA showing off their next installment in the Medal Of Honor series coming in October this year.
It displays some in-game cinematics which looks pretty nice to be honest! Might MoH take up the fight against Call Of Duty and Battlefield again? We've yet to see..
The TG Admins wishes all it's members and guests a happy Easter! Eat and drink a lot with family and friends. Buy a lot of candy and take some well earned rest from work and other duties.
If you take this holiday opportunity to relax online with your family here instead, there ought to be some TG members online even during Easter!
Now at least I'm off to find some Easter eggs Happy holidays!
The Norwegian game developer Funcom, the creator of popular games such as Anarchy Online as well as The Longest Journey series have been working a lot and hard on their next upcoming title "The Secret World" with it's very much catchy motto of "Dark days are coming". There has been many discussions going about this particular game with it's effective marketing, Age Of Conan wasn't that of a great success that the Norwegian company had hoped for, so now they prey that this game will live up to it's hype.
However, yesterday on GDC (Game Developers Conference) held in San Francisco a trailer was released and the response from the audience is really mixed.. What do you think? Will it be a success or should Funcom perhaps give up the MMO genre and start working on the next installment in The Longest Journey series?
In The Secret World you will get to play for either of three above factions which are The Illuminati, The Templars or The Dragon. All have their special abilities and belief.
Check the trailer out here and judge for yourself. Will the game be a smash hit or will Funcom be the one facing some dark days perhaps...
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 has recently been released and has gotten a good welcoming by most game reviewing magazines and sites. You can read the Gamespot review here and the IGN review here.
The game has also grown into being the most popular game in TGT at the moment. TGT as we in TG| proudly call us a part of have a server hosted where there daily are a bunch of gamers fragging and having fun.
Own the game? Well why not join in! The server IP is as follows: 81.19.208.29:19607. Make sure to also pop by our recently set up Teamspeak 3 server as well, the new TS might even get Ventrilo-fanatics to consider converting...
Don't own it? Then you'd perhaps be interested to see what other TGT members have made out of it so far.. You can read the topic about TGT players first impressions from this Battlefield game here. It'd require you to get an account over at our community forums though, so get on with it!
Splashdamage has recently revealed an awfully good looking trailer for their upcoming game BRINK that is to be released this fall. You can watch it over at GameTrailers.
Many Wolfenstein: ET fans that got their hopes up for ET:QW are now hoping that this will be just as successfull as ET was. Brink will be a fast objective based shooter, similar to the still very popular Enemy Territory released by SplashDamage back in 2003. The game will run on the idTech4 engine that was used for games like Doom 3, Quake 4, Prey and recently the flop Wolfenstein.
You can read more about the game over at the official site: www.brinkthegame.com
We're organising another JK2 gather, this time for the 23rd of March. The timing is no coincidence (see below) but it seems the perfect excuse to try and fill the server with some of the old farts. I know it's a work night, but you've got 2 weeks notice to get the night off from whatever commitments you might have, whatever her name may be, and get some pizza on your keyboard just like old times.
Spread the word to any old members you may be in contact with, it'd be really nice to see some of the guys from back in the day online. Add a comment here or in the forums to make it known if you're coming!
IP: 79.170.193.52:28070 Pass: none as yet Time: 20:00 GMT or thereabouts!
Well, it's that time of year again, where we remember one of our old members who's no longer with us. Nick Butcher, aka TG|Nikonus passed away on the 23rd of March 2005 and back then we decided we'd try and keep his memory going by having an annual award for the TG member who helps the clan by having a positive attitude and a willingness to help.
In previous years it's been awarded to long standing stalwarts of the clan, but as ever it is open to all members and we really do look at contributions from all people who are put forward. If you think you know someone in TG who deserves this award, get in touch with one of the clan admins by PM or over Steam and just let them know why.
Nick's parents have often stopped by to comment on the award, and while we hope they will this year, we by no means expect it. It's just nice to know that links can be made, even from something as trivial as online gaming.
Well, it's been talked about for a while, but TG is finally getting active in JK2 again.
Thanks to LlamaOnDrug's kind, kind actions in buying us a server, all the old skool JK2 players have suddenly dusted off the ageing Jedi robes and are once again kicking ass on the servers. This also co-incides with some proper old skool boys suddenly turning up again, so WB Talon, and if my eyes don't deceive me.. Ninko!
Our server is 79.170.193.52:28070
and you'll see us playing lots of the custom maps over the coming weeks. Everything we play will be available for download here - so put those files in your Gamedata/Base folder and join the fun. Once upon a time TG had 50 JK2 players, even now I can count off 10 who've been playing the past couple of days, so lets see what happens next C'mon old timers, find that CD and join us!
Hope you all have a really nice day with your families and that Santa/Sinter gives you some nice goodies I'm sure there's going to be plenty of gaming over the next few days (once the Christmas meal has been digested) so be sure to get on xfire and steam and come join in!
The JK2 game is still going ahead, and STEAM have reduced it in price even further to just £3 so go get it! We're currently talking about the 27th for a game so you've still got a day left.
Yo peeps! After spotting that JK2 was available on STEAM for a measly £6.99, I'm bullying everyone I can think of to come play one of TG's all time great games this Christmas! Lets see if we can remember how to do it and see if we can have some proper "NF Sabres GF GG" fun on Bespin Pad. Forum post here.
So far the exact dates are a bit sketchy, but it looks like the 27th December is pretty much on, and I suspect there could be a repeat session or two over the holiday period as well! I'm organising a server (or frankly we can just take over someone else's) so be sure to spread the word to all the Jedi you meet and lets have some beers and wave our glowy sticks around a bit.
